Last Friday I shared that I was invited to sit in with some guitar players and a drummer and just hang out, making music.  That’s happening tonight, and I’m looking forward to it.  I’m looking forward to just being in somebody’s basement making noise that might be loosely interpreted as music.

I’ve had many occasions in my life to make good music with others, and when it’s good, it’s inspiring, uplifting, transcendental.  I don’t expect that tonight.  I just expect to enjoy a few hours of time spent noodling around.
